Best Pasta in New Jersey

Tonight I had dinner at AMA in Atlantic Highlands New Jersey and the pasta dish that I ordered was simply perfect.

I ordered a Rigatoni with sausage, English peas and a wonderful brown/red sauce that coated the past to perfection.

AMA is a BYOB restaurant in Monmouth County and is worth the trip from anywhere in New Jersey to experience their culinary treats.

After dinner, I recommend that you check out the Wine Bar next door which is open only Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

This is a cool lounge and bar that is very hip and you can continue the wine experience from their affordable wine list.
